We’re especially excited to welcome keynote speaker Tyler Akidau, CTO at Redpanda, to present Building the Future: Event-Driven Architectures and Intelligent Applications. A veteran data streaming architect, Tyler has over 20 years of experience shaping the future of real-time data systems, and he plays a key role in advancing Redpanda’s streaming and agentic AI services. (Redpanda is the Kafka-compatible streaming data platform that forms an integral part of Synergex’s streaming integration platform.)

Tyler will explore the shift from batch processing to real-time, event-driven architectures and how it’s reshaping software development. He’ll cover motivations for modernizing legacy systems, the role of streaming platforms in enabling AI/ML in production, and a glimpse into the future of intelligent, agentic capabilities.
