Gold River, CA – Synergex International Corporation, specialists in cross-platform application development tools, enterprise application integration, and legacy modernization, announces the upcoming retirement of long-time President and Chief Executive Officer William (Bill) Mooney. Mooney will leave the company on April 15, 2026, after 40 years of dedicated service. Neithard Foley has been named his successor.

Mooney started his Synergex career in Sales, where he built strong, lasting relationships that were instrumental to both company growth and customer success. He advanced into multiple leadership roles, eventually becoming president in 2012 and then CEO in 2017, and he has played a pivotal role in guiding the company through significant technological and organizational transformation. Under his leadership, Synergex strengthened its position as a trusted provider of software development tools and services and deepened its partnerships in the enterprise development community.

Neithard (Neit) Foley will assume the role of president upon Mooney’s departure. Foley is an accomplished executive with deep experience in financial services, technology, and operations. He has led successful growth and transformation initiatives at Concord Servicing and Equiant Financial Services, including M&A integration, product innovation, and significant revenue and EBITDA gains. His background also includes senior roles at Axway, Worldpay, Hypercom, and The Home Depot. Foley holds an MBA from Arizona State University, a BS in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Arizona, and Executive education from Stanford. He’s also a certified public accountant and certified payments professional.

Mooney will be working closely with Foley over the next six months to ensure a smooth transition. “I can’t imagine a better person than Neit to take over the reins. In the coming months, I’ll familiarize him with our products and processes and make sure he’s well-connected with our team, our customers, and our partners,” said Mooney. “By April, he’ll be fully leading Synergex—driving our strategy and ensuring continued momentum toward my ultimate goal: that our customers will still be thriving in 2100 and beyond.”
