Companies who develop or maintain Synergy-based applications subscribe to our DevPartner program. This all-inclusive subscription program provides you with licenses to all Synergy/DE products for development, plus services to ensure your success. These include access to our world-class Developer Support team. Team members have deep technical expertise and backgrounds, and they go above and beyond to support our customers.

Your subscription includes

Product Access: Development licenses for all Synergy/DE products on all platforms. Use for developing, testing, support, and training. Includes all product updates.

Support: Access to our Developer Support engineers and the Cases feature in the Resource Center.

Consultation: Two free hours of Professional Services Group consultation by phone or video chat annually.

Online Resources: Access to the interactive Community forums, Knowledgebase, product downloads, and other Resource Center offerings.

Conferences: Attendance at any future Synergy Developer Conferences.

How does DevPartner help your organization?

A single annual fee provides easy access to all Synergy products, as well as Developer Support, providing all you need to successfully advance your applications.

Developers

Developers using Synergy/DE products to develop and maintain code (aka “subscribed developers”) have access to all DevPartner benefits.

Non-developers

Non-developers (such as trainers and support representatives) also benefit from the program’s company-wide features, including product licenses and some online resources.
