You need a Resource Center account with license admin access to obtain an install code online. Alternatively, you can obtain one by contacting Synergex Customer Service.
| 1. | Go to the Licenses area of the Synergex Resource Center, log in, and click the Manage Licenses button to display a list of your company’s licenses. |
Windows only: Alternatively, you can click the Obtain Install Code button on the Licensing tab in the Synergy Configuration Program. This will launch your web browser and display a Synergex Resource Center log-in page. Log in and click the Manage Licenses button to display a list of your company’s licenses.
| 2. | Use search or sort to locate the license on the list. (You can change the Show drop-down to New Licenses to limit the list to only those licenses for which keys have not yet been generated.) |
| 3. | When you locate the license, click on the license number, and then click the Generate Install Code button. The code will be emailed to you. An install code is good for 14 days. |
