The SYNERGY_WINDOWS11_REPAINT environment variable re-enables a workaround that Synergex created to handle a Microsoft screen repainting bug.

Discussion
After Microsoft fixed the screen repainting bug, we reverted our change because it could cause tabs to flicker with the fix in place. If you need to re-enable the workaround because your Windows 11 system doesn’t repaint the borders around some windows, set SYNERGY_WINDOWS11_REPAINT.
