Evening welcome reception at historic Fair Oaks Brew Pub

Kick off the Summit with us at the popular Fair Oaks Brew Pub. The Synergex team will be there to extend a warm welcome while you relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks. The quaint Fair Oaks village, settled in the late 1800s, has historic buildings and free-roaming chickens.

Tuesday, May 6: Summit Day 1

Explore challenges and collaborate on solutions

  • Customer spotlights: Most pressing challenges. Customers present their most pressing software development challenges, including UI modernization, scaling, integrations, and succession planning.
  • Group discussion: Identify core challenges. Synergex team members will guide discussions on Visual Studio and DevOps, application security, application scaling, refactoring mature code, data visualization, and incorporating web services.
  • Roundtable: Prioritize key takeaways. Using interactive Mentimeter polling, attendees will vote in real time to prioritize key challenges. Then we’ll dive into dynamic, structured discussion to shape our path forward.

Dinner and cocktails at Nixtaco

A popular, locally owned, Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, Nixtaco uses only fresh and locally sourced ("farm-to-fork") ingredients. They believe tacos “are one of the best culinary creations, and when made with care and passion, they can be truly magical.”

Wednesday, May 7: Summit Day 2

Explore solutions, discover innovative technologies and actionable strategies

  • AI Insights in Legacy Applications: Harnessing the Power of Streaming Data. Synergex CTO Jeff Greene and Development Director Tim Bauguess will present how Synergex technologies, including our streaming integration platform, are shaping the future of enterprise DBL applications by providing seamless integration with AI technologies.
  • New product and feature presentations. Synergex will share insights on Synergex’s static code analysis, streaming integration platform, and Repository schemas.
  • Product insights and feedback. Synergex will present features and product direction that we are considering, giving attendees the opportunity to provide feedback and shape future development priorities. Topics will include telemetry in the Synergy Runtime, next generation ISAM, CPU-based licensing, and modernization efforts for DBL and .NET. 

Pub night at the Dog & Lizard

A Synergy Summit tradition, we’ll head to CEO Bill Mooney’s home, which converts to a traditional English pub called the Dog & Lizard on special occasions. We’ll enjoy Neapolitan brick oven pizzas and other delicacies while celebrating a successful completion of Summit discussions.

Valuable one-on-one time with our experts (optional)

Dive deeper into specific topics or challenges facing your company via one-on-one or small group consultations with our tech leaders. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the week’s topics and get personalized solutions and advice.
