Reinstall a REV11 license (e.g., due to new hardware)

1. Send Customer Service a License Reinstall Agreement.
2. Restore backup/virtual image.
  A new registration string is generated. Machine is in 14-day forced expiration.
3. Generate and apply an install code. (See instructions.)
  The new registration string is transmitted to Synergex; new product keys are downloaded and installed.
