New Interface to Synergy/DE Trackers Available in Synergex Resource Center

Enables Synergy/DE developers to view and monitor reported bugs

Sacramento, CA – February 13, 2019 – Synergy/DE developers now have a new interface for viewing the Synergy/DE product bugs that have been submitted to Synergex. A new Trackers interface in the Synergex Resource Center makes it easy to see what bugs have been reported and when they’ve been assigned, fixed, and released. Developers can use filters to see only the bugs reported by their company or to see bugs reported by all companies.

Other features of the Resource Center include Licenses, Cases, Answers, and Ideas, where customers can submit issues to Support, post and answer questions, share ideas for improving Synergy/DE products and services, and manage their Synergy/DE licenses, respectively. Customers who don’t already have a Resource Center account can create one by clicking the Resource Center link above.
