Upgrade the Synergy/DE version on my system to Synergy/DE 11

 

I don’t have REV11 licensing yet.

 

1. Check operating system requirements for your system.
2. Review instructions for Windows or Unix.

Follow one of the options below.

 

  Option 1: ORDER first   Option 2: INSTALL first
3. Contact Customer Service to request the upgrade. 3. Download and Install Synergy/DE 11. (Requires login to Resource Center.)
  After they have processed your upgrade, you’ll receive a “Version 11 Upgrade Complete” email.   Your pre-REV11 and REV11 registration strings are transmitted to Synergex. After Customer Service has processed your upgrade, you’ll receive a “Version 11 Upgrade Complete” email.
4. Download and Install Synergy/DE 11. (Requires login to Resource Center.) 4. (optional) Update your product keys by synchronizing your license data with the Synergy License Web Server.
Watch video. (Alternately, wait for the next poll when the keys will be updated automatically.)
  Your pre-REV11 and REV11 registration strings are transmitted to Synergex; your product keys are downloaded and installed.   Your product keys are downloaded and installed.
