Gold River, CA – January 4, 2020 – Synergex International Corporation, specialists in cross-platform application development tools and software consulting services, today announced that Cindy Limburg will take on a new role as customer success manager. This new role aligns with Synergex’s strategic direction by ensuring customers are taking advantage of all that Synergex has to offer.
Limburg started at Synergex in 1990 as a programmer and soon advanced to product development manager. In 1996, she moved to quality improvement manager, where she established our first test engineering team. She became product manager in 1997 and managed our cross-functional product team in defining future Synergy products and delivering them to market. Prior to coming to Synergex, she was a programmer at Northern Telecom. Limburg holds a BS in computer science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
In the new customer success manager role, Limburg will manage our technology adoption life cycle to maximize adoption and optimize the user experience as customers move to new Synergex technologies. “At Synergex, our success is built on the continued success of our customers,” says Gabi Iannarelli, Director of Marketing. “Cindy will be able to leverage her extensive knowledge as she transitions from a product-focused role to a customer-focused role.
