Corporation® (Synergex)
You may use Synergex logos and link to the Synergex web site
if you abide by the terms of the License Agreement shown below.
Carefully read all the terms and conditions of the License
prior to establishing a link. By linking to the Synergex Web
site, you acknowledge that you have read the License and agree
to the terms of the License.
License Agreement
Synergex International Corporation (Synergex) hereby grants
to Licensee (You) and Licensee accepts from Synergex a non-exclusive,
fee free, right to establish a link to the Synergex Web site,
and a right to use, in connection with establishing the web
link, the Synergex logos, as defined in the Logo Usage section
of the Web site.
- The Synergex logos may be used only
for the purpose of hyperlinking to Synergex’s corporate
web site, with URL's beginning http://www.synergex.com.
- Licensee will not alter the appearance
of the logos in any manner.
- Licensee will make no false or misleading
representation with respect to Synergex’s products
or service offerings.
- Licensee will make no representations
with respect to the Synergex’s logos, products
or service offerings that are inconsistent with the
literature distributed by the other party, including
all warranties and disclaimers contained in such literature.
- Licensee will not make use of any
intellectual property of Synergex, other than the logos
(and corresponding text for Synergy/DE), without the
express written consent from Synergex.
